Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Anything returned after 30 days of the delivery date will not qualify for a refund. The product to be returned must be received in an unused condition. Before returning your product, please contact us at ro******@ro******.com.

Please follow 6 steps to proceed a return:

 

  1. Complete the return form.
  2. Enclose a proof of purchase from ROVMAKER.
  3. State the reason for the return or exchange.
  4. Pack the product in its original packaging.
  5. Provide your account number, name and phone number.
  6. Send the product by a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx to the address below:

Exchanges

 

 

Exchanges are only accepted for either of the following reasons.

  • You believe the product is faulty.
  • The product is damaged in shipment.

 

Defective products

 

If you receive your product and find out it has a problem that fits either of the above two situations, please contact us at ro******@ro******.com. within 14 days of receipt of the product. Enclose a description and pictures of the defect. We will arrange for the defective product to be replaced or refunded.

 

Damaged in Shipment

If shipment damage occurs to your product, you must send an email to us at ro******@ro******.com. within 15 days of receiving the product. The email should include a description and pictures of the damages. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced or refunded.

 

Refunds

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received the item and let you know if a refund is justifiable. In the case of an approved refund, we will refund you within a certain amount of days through your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

In the event of a late refund, contact your credit card company and the bank. Officially posting your refund may take some time. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ro******@ro******.com.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by ROVMAKER will be deducted from your refund.
